PLAYERS' UNAVAILABILITY
To assist with team selection, players should only submit this form if they are unavailable for a fixture.
If no unavailability is submitted, the Selectors will assume you are available for selection.
Please submit unavailability as early as possible and no later than 7 days before the fixture.
Late notice may affect future selections where adequate notice is not given.
In the event of late withdrawals, every effort should be made to contact the Selector directly.
