The full Club Competitions Rules & Conditions of Play are available to view and download here. All players and teams are asked to familiarise themselves with the rules before arranging or playing ties.

​

The first named player/team in each tie is designated as the Challenger and is responsible for proposing dates in line with the club rules.

​

Tie Arrangement Sheets displayed in the clubhouse act as the official record for arranging ties and any disputes or decisions will be based on the information recorded on these sheets.

​
